Further to the provisions of Article 13 (1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), please be informed that the Administrator of your personal data is Stocznia Jachtowa Delphia Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Żurawia 6/12, 00-503 Warsaw, entered into the National Court Register by the Local Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, with KRS no. 0000751126, share capital 5,000.00 PLN, BDO 000027789, NIP 7010871094 and REGON 381463220, with its division in Olecko at ul. Kościuszki 63, 19-400 Olecko.

The personal data will be processed for purposes related to execution and performance of contracts.

The legal basis for processing data are the below mentioned provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1):

  1. Article 6 (1) a), i.e. a data subject who has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
  2. Article 6 (1) b) i.e. where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
  3. Article 6 (1) c) i.e. where processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
    1. Article 9 (1) f) i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

You have the right to access your data as well as request it to be rectified, deleted or that its processing be restricted, as well as the right to object to its processing and the right to move your data.

Your personal data will be processed over a period no longer than necessary for the performance of the agreement and a period derived from the provisions of the law pertaining to i.e. lapse of limitation periods for pursuing potential legal claims resulting from an executed contract and the performance of the archiving obligation.

Provision of personal data is based on freely given consent, but it is also necessary for the execution and performance of the agreement.

Your personal data will be conveyed to third countries and international organizations.

Your personal data will not be subjected to automated decision-making, including profiling.

The recipients of your personal data will be entities to which the Company is obliged to convey data under binding provisions of the law, as well as entities with whom the Company collaborated within the scope of performing the agreement and entities rendering services to the Company.

You also have the right to file a complaint in relation to the processing of the above mentioned data to the authority relevant for protection of personal data.
